One-on-One Performer Training (ongoing)

Do you need to prepare for a project that requires something different from your usual methods? Do you want to train/practice on your own and need some generative tools/exercises? Are there specific elements of your practice that require further work but you don’t have the financial means or time to take part in long-term training or attend intensive workshops? Are you working towards an audition and need some support?
I offer one-on-one training to performers working across different styles/genres/mediums. I act as a dialogic partner to support your own self-pedagogy and can also suggest or teach specific practices for different areas as needed such as movement, voice, characterisation, etc.
As an experienced performer, I continue to train on an ongoing basis, not only by learning from others, but also by keeping and always updating a regular baseline practice. And I support performers in building their own training practices (getting myself out of a job!). I take care to understand and follow your own views on where you feel you need to go, based on where you feel you are now in your performance practice.
Testimonials:
“Göze is extremely attentive and in depth about your personal development as a performer. I found these one-on-one trainings super liberating and creative, giving me the space to play in a guided and supportive session which is rare to come by. I learnt a lot about myself and would recommend to any performer out there!” April Spiers (actor, singer & clown)
“Working with Göze as a mentor has been incredible. I have reached levels I wouldn’t have done without her support. She meets me where I am at and creates a safe space, boosting my confidence to push myself. I always leave the sessions feeling very inspired.” Anna Marie Synstad Simonsen (clown & theatre maker)
